Job Title: Passenger Service Delivery Agent

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a strong commitment to safety and teamwork? We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Passenger Service Delivery Agent to join our team at Sydney International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to all client airlines, ensuring all customer service requirements are met in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Carry out passenger check-in duties and other responsibilities commensurate with the passenger service for customer airlines.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed on time and that all reporting is completed as per service delivery agreements and company requirements.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including those requiring wheelchair assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with OH & S Regulations and Company OH & S Policies to ensure the safety of passengers and other employees.
  • Report any incidents immediately and maintain awareness and obligations involved in reporting incidents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Experience in dealing with difficult situations with clients and handling high-volume, personalized customer service.
  • Ability to handle pressured and stressful job situations successfully.
  • Ability to work within a team, sharing information and providing support to ensure a coordinated approach to customer requirements.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and handle confidential and sensitive situations.
  • Ability to handle baggage up to 32kg.
  • Ability to work unsupervised at times and in a changing and fast-paced team environment.
  • High-level computer skills.
  • Motivated and capable of committing to rostered shifts spanning 24 hours/7 days a week.
