Senior Delivery Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale industrial and logistics assets across multiple sites nationally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership – Drive the successful delivery of industrial projects nationwide, guaranteeing adherence to safety protocols, exceptional quality, and optimal commercial outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Foster trusted relationships with capital partners, financiers, consultants, and legal representatives; provide clear, timely reporting on program progress, budget management, and risk mitigation.
  • Internal Collaboration – Collaborate closely with Development, Acquisitions, Finance, Asset Management, and Leasing teams to ensure seamless alignment and achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Contractor & Oversight – Lead contractor procurement, tendering, and management processes, ensuring that project objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Governance & Risk – Develop and implement robust governance frameworks, providing proactive solutions to complex technical challenges and authority approvals.
  • Leadership – Mentor and empower a high-performing team of Project Managers, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale, multi-site construction programs, ideally within industrial, logistics, or complex asset classes.
  • Strong expertise in contractor procurement, contract administration, governance, and risk management.
  • Ideal candidate has worked as a Head Contractor or Property Developer.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen, with a track record of effective budget management and reporting.
  • A natural leader who thrives on coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently for project site visits.
