Job Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of security analysts in a dynamic and growing environment.

The Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in security clearance processes, including a minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required. They must also hold a Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a geographically dispersed team with varying degrees of experience in security clearance processes.
  • Assess clearance cases with attention to detail and the ability to manage complex processes.
  • Build high-performing teams and enforce stringent quality controls on Personal Security Files (PSFs).
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective caseload management and execution.
  • Participate in our continuous improvement program and uphold high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 or equivalent.
  • Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).

Preferred Skills: 

  • Leadership skills with the drive to mentor and lead a team of enthusiastic security analysts.
  • Attention to detail, meticulous scrutiny of extensive data, and identification of potential security risks.
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
