Project Coordinator Equity Initiatives

This role focuses on supporting the delivery of projects and programs aimed at promoting equity, preventing gender-based violence, anti-racism, and mental health wellbeing.
The successful candidate will work through the project cycle, utilizing evidence-based frameworks and health promotion practice to deliver multiple project actions.
Key responsibilities include monitoring projects through cross-institutional and team-based data collection and analysis, as well as designing and managing evaluation plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A degree in Health Promotion, Social or Health Sciences, International Development, or an equivalent field with at least 5 years subsequent experience; or an alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training, and/or experience.
- Experience in designing and delivering social change programs, program evaluation, and gender-based violence prevention with workplaces and young people.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering project plans for social change work.
- Contemporary knowledge of equity and intersectional practice, with a willingness to work towards preventing sexual harm, gender-based violence, mental health wellbeing, anti-racism, disability inclusion, and cis/heterosexism.
