About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Coordinator Equity Projects. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of equity projects and programs with a focus on addressing gender-based violence, anti-racism, and promoting mental health wellbeing and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work through the project cycle to support the delivery of equity projects and programs
  • Support the design and implementation of evidence-based frameworks and health promotion practice
  • Monitor projects through cross-institutional and team-based data collection and analysis
  • Design and manage evaluation plans for projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Health Promotion, Social Sciences, International Development, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of subsequent experience in project management, program evaluation, and social change work
  • Demonstrated knowledge of equity and intersectional practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
