Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of all HR-related matters, maintaining a high level of quality and performance throughout our operations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and implement local HR policies, strategies, and procedures to ensure compliance with Australian workplace legislation;">
- Oversee recruitment and retention initiatives to maintain a positive and high-performing workplace culture;">
- Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety management systems, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001;">
- Maintain accurate records and reports on HR-related matters, providing regular updates to senior management;">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you must have a tertiary degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 5 years of experience working in an HR position. You should be capable of working independently, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to occupational health and safety management standards and be able to work effectively with all levels of colleagues. A competitive salary package is available, including an estimated AUD $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
