HR Generalist Professional for Ballarat Organisation

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at the Ballarat and District Aboriginal Cooperative (BADAC). This is a part-time, ongoing role that offers a competitive salary with generous benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake industrial and employee relations investigations and management, as well as HR Generalist activities within BADAC.
- Proactively engage with relevant parties throughout workplace investigations, employee relations, and end-to-end employee management processes.
- Act as a trusted source of HR advice for members of the BADAC team.
- Demonstrated senior years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role, including managing legally compliant IR/ER investigation processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- A positive and proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources.
- Above award salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
- Study leave and 13 weeks LSL available after 10 years.
