Lead Centre Director

As a visionary leader, you will drive innovation and excellence in early education. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on a well-established centre with long-term staff.

  • Manage day-to-day operations in line with legislative requirements and company policies.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to all staff.
  • Ensure high-quality early learning programs are delivered by passionate Educators.
  • Manage staffing rosters efficiently.
  • Effectively manage financial resources in line with budget guidelines.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, Educators, and stakeholders.
  • Attract, convert, and retain families through effective tour, enrolment, and orientation management.
About You
  • Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA.
  • Have experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
  • Hold current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
  • Have an extensive understanding of VEYLDF, NQS, and QIP.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to lead and mentor a team of qualified early childhood professionals.
  • Will to undertake ongoing professional development training.
