Leadership Role in Early Education

This leadership role is for a Senior Educator who will be responsible for managing their own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

They will ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children, promoting safety and inclusivity at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, as well as a current QLD Working with Children Check/ Blue Card.

As a Senior Educator, you will be part of a supportive environment that builds your knowledge and skills through paid training sessions and a nurturing, mentoring approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own room and lead a team of dedicated Educators
  • Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader
  • Ensure every learning experience meets the needs of all children
  • Hold a strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check/ Blue Card
