About the Centre Director Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Director to lead our early education centre. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring legislative compliance and delivering exceptional educational programs.

About You
  • Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
  • You must have current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
  • Extensive understanding of VEYLDF, NQS, and QIP principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to lead and mentor early childhood professionals.
