Early Learning Centre Leader Opportunity

Our organisation is seeking a skilled and passionate leader to spearhead our early learning centre in Logan City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dedicated educators in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 15 months to primary school age.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for centre growth and sustainability.
  • Build strong relationships with families, communities, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Mentor and support teachers in their professional development, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive organisational goals and objectives.

Requirements:
