Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional breakfast dishes to our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving food for the breakfast buffet, showcasing variety and flair.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a wide range of breakfast dishes in line with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Cook and serve food in a timely and efficient manner to meet guest demand.
  • Maintain strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control procedures.
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Report any equipment issues or maintenance requirements to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
  • Experience in buffet breakfast service or a similar environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage menu planning, inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality food standards and presentation.
