We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to play a key role in driving revenue channels through crafting compelling messaging and setting impactful sales meetings.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a world-class outbound sales engine to drive revenue growth.
- Build lead lists as required and design sequences and messaging to engage prospects effectively.
- Conduct scheduled outreach activities to prospects through emails, calls, LinkedIn etc.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progression.
- Generate regular reports and analysis to track sales performance and identify key areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales development role with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various teams.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to think creatively and innovate.
- Experience with sales tools to optimise outbound activities.
- Thoughtful, kind and empathetic individual with an activity-based mindset and goal-oriented approach.
