Project Delivery Leader

This is a hands-on leadership position, necessitating excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and statutory authorities.
Responsibilities:- High Voltage (HV) Power - incoming HV works, substations, coordination with TT-Line and subcontractors, and overseeing lock-out/tag-out safety and commissioning
- Fire Services - fire reticulation, liaison with the Chief Fire Warden, and compliance with building permits
- Essential Services - sewer, internal communications, CCTV, weighbridge, and systems that operate the ship ramp
- Stakeholder Engagement - close coordination with TT-Line, building surveyors, authorities, and multiple stakeholders to manage design, approvals, and commissioning
Applicants should possess a degree qualification in Engineering, with proven experience in utilities delivery on major infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of HV works, commissioning processes, and lock-out/tag-out safety is also required.
