Project Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project leader to drive the delivery of secured, iconic commercial construction projects.

This full-time, permanent role will be based out of our Head Office in a regional location.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the prosperity and lifestyle of the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all projects exceed safety, quality, and environmental targets.

Deliver projects in line with industry standards.

Responsible for the project's commercial outcomes, including contract management.

Strongly uphold safety management at all levels.

Respect and care for the environment.

Provide support, coaching, and mentoring as appropriate to employees.

Requirements:

10+ years of commercial construction experience.

Formal occupational Health and Safety training.

Excellent communication skills across all levels.

Competence in Microsoft Office suite of tools including Microsoft Project.

Ability to undertake tasks autonomously.
