Job Overview:

Concrete delivery drivers are essential for the success of our construction projects. They ensure that high-quality concrete is delivered to customers on time, while also assisting with batching and plant operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a concrete agitator truck safely and efficiently
  • Complete a comprehensive training program covering agitator operation, slump testing, and safe delivery practices
  • Deliver concrete to local construction sites with excellent customer service skills
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily pre-start checks
  • Represent the company professionally at all times on the road and on-site
  • Support batch plant operations as required
  • Assist in material handling using a front-end loader (training provided if necessary)
  • Monitor product quality and manage raw materials effectively
  • Perform routine maintenance and contribute to plant housekeeping and safety initiatives

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
  • Be eager to learn and develop skills in concrete production
  • Have (or be willing to obtain) a White Card
  • Commit to a regular schedule with occasional overtime
  • Possess strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Be physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
