Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting parts requirements and providing necessary parts to ensure timely delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in an Automotive or similar industry, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of engine knowledge is an advantage, as well as the ability to learn new software and processes.
  • High attention to detail, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills are essential in this position.
Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process and receive orders and quotes efficiently.
  • Advise on part suitability and guide customers through the best solution for their job.
  • Manage daily freight delivery and work closely with office and service departments.
  • Account for all parts correctly counted in and out of the branch.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Fully qualified Part Coordinator with extensive experience in an Automotive or similar industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Engine knowledge is preferred, as is the ability to learn new software and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate.
  • Full-time contract with regular working hours (Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00).
  • Overtime may be required, but additional pay is provided.
