About The Role

As the Senior Support Officer, your role will include:

  • Preparing reports and correspondence for Senior officers, undertaking activities of a specialist or detailed nature, and providing, interpreting, and analysing information for clients.
  • Using established priorities, task methodology, and work practices to achieve results in line with the Department's priorities.
Responsibilities Include
  • Setting priorities and monitoring workflow in the Student Services and SCFC Teams.
  • Co-ordination of a range of corporate office functions.
  • Applying previous experience to act independently, for example, developing local procedures, management strategies, and guidelines.
About You
  • Experience in interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
  • The ability to set priorities, monitor workflow, and develop local strategies or work practices.
