About Ogilvy PR
We are Australia's only truly integrated communication Agency, and we bring together deep specialists across all communication disciplines under one roof in Sydney, and additional teams also located in offices in Melbourne and Canberra. Being part of our team gives you an unrivalled opportunity to learn and grow – from the people in our business, from others across our network and our clients.
We're a place where people can make their mark in their careers – and they stay with us because of the calibre of clients and peers they can collaborate with and learn from. While you're with us, you will grow through bespoke training, unique learning experiences, client and project secondments and by creating a tailored development path that helps you explore - and achieve - your professional goals.
About the role
Ogilvy PR is looking for a Brand Communications Specialist who is hands-on, enthusiastic and passionate about creative ideas and achieving results that make a difference.
We're looking for someone who relishes the challenge of agency life. You can think on your feet proactively, manage your time, and be flawless in your attention to detail. Working directly with the client team, you will develop strong client relationships and gain a deep understanding of your client's brand and its objectives. Your role will include publicity support and media relations, project management support, client reporting, content development and team coordination.
You'll be relied upon to assist with day-to-day campaign execution as part of an integrated agency team. Your billable time will be split between retainer clients and project-based briefs. The role includes the potential for international travel where you'll join Australian media at overseas conferences and events.
About the team
We work with the world's largest consumer technology brand and help our clients tell their stories consistently and effectively to customers, the media and other stakeholders.
About the offer
- A hybrid working environment to make sure work is working for you.
- And a tailored personal development plan to help you identify and achieve your goals, coupled with a dedicated manager to support your career and personal development.
- A monthly allowance for your mobile phone or home internet connection.
- Additional time off including your birthday, summer Fridays, and loyalty leave. As well as Ogilvy PR Day. Yep, it's a thing.
- We offer discounted rates with NIB Health Insurance and Fitness First for when you want to hit the gym.
- Yoga, meditation, and well-being programs will also help keep your mind in shape.
- And confidential counselling support if your personal or professional life throws you a curveball.
- There are reward programs to acknowledge achievement and loyalty.
- And we'll give you a bonus for bringing other talented people and brilliant clients into the business.
- Access to discounts and vouchers for big household name brands via our benefits platform, Perkspace.
Please note: All applicants must have valid Australian working rights.
