Job Opportunity:

As a Territory Manager, you will drive sales and brand presence across Victoria and Tasmania.

  • Growing market share and brand awareness through site visits, events, trade shows, and direct outreach
  • Creating proposals and quotations independently, while collaborating with internal teams (administration, technical, and marketing)
  • Developing a 2-4 year sales strategy and adapting it over time by staying informed on coffee trends, market shifts, and emerging opportunities
  • Representing the company at industry events such as trade shows, barista championships, and community gatherings

The successful applicant will have strong channel knowledge and a proactive mindset. Key requirements include proven experience in channel management within hospitality, commercial, and related sectors, a genuine passion for coffee, and a consultative sales approach.
