Regional Sales Manager Job Opportunity
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategically supporting our growing portfolio of hotels and working closely with other teams to secure and retain business from corporate travellers.
]The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B account management within the hotel industry, with a proven track record of acquiring new corporate accounts and optimising production across a network. You will be able to influence travel bookers, decision makers and key stakeholders by seeking to know their intimate details and providing suitable solutions.
]This role requires you to be adaptable and enjoy variety, operating with an ownership mindset and building genuine relationships with corporate clients. You will work collaboratively with our hotels and corporate office team, requiring regular local travel.
]Key Accountabilities:
]- Acquisition of new corporate business within a specific geographic location
- Achievement of corporate account acquisition and production targets
- Timely qualification of sales leads through direct company engagement and meetings
- Clear delivery of tailored accommodation solutions and rate proposals to travel bookers
- Seamless introduction and handover of accounts as required
- Complete integrity of data entered in the CRM
- Identification of new sales leads into the lead qualifying pipeline
- Brand representation and awareness
