Speech Pathology Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality speech pathology services in our early childhood intervention program.
The successful candidate will work with families and children aged 0-12 years, providing evidence-informed intervention strategies and assessments to increase communication and participation in social and educational settings.
- Deliver standardised assessments and parent training to improve outcomes for children.
- Provide face-to-face consultation and relationship building in natural environments, schools, and therapy spaces.
- Liaise and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver comprehensive support plans.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A relevant qualification in Speech Pathology and registration with the relevant governing body.
- Experience and willingness to learn in speech pathology assessment and service delivery.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide effective consultative skills that facilitate change through use of reflective and strength-based practice.
- Ability to coach other team members in areas of expertise.
