Paediatric Speech Pathology Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Paediatric Speech Pathologist to support the development of children with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in paediatric assessments and therapy, with a focus on autism spectrum conditions.

This is an opportunity to work collaboratively with a passionate team of professionals who share your commitment to empowering children and families.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for children aged 0–18 with developmental delays and autism spectrum conditions.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and online platforms.
  • Coach parents and caregivers to integrate therapy into daily routines, promoting holistic care and collaboration with other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with complex needs through targeted interventions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with families to establish meaningful, functional goals, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organisations to ensure seamless support for our participants.
