Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement digital tools and workflows that streamline research administration, modernize data systems, and empower researchers with insights that drive impact.

About the Position

  • Develop and deploy digital solutions that automate and enhance research processes, including the application of AI and emerging technologies.
  • Support the creation of interactive dashboards and data visualizations that inform research planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Drive the transition from legacy databases to modernized, centralized platforms that improve efficiency and sustainability.
  • Build data pipelines by integrating APIs and external systems into our research infrastructure.
  • Promote data literacy and support best practice in the use of research metrics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong skills in data extraction, analysis, and visualization (Excel, Power BI or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with scripting/programming (SQL, Python, R) for data automation and workflow optimization.
  • Technical expertise in Linux/Windows environments and databases (Oracle, MariaDB, MS SQL Server).
  • Understanding of APIs and system integration for research workflows.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with researchers, administrators, and executives.
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools or workflows to support research (desirable).
