A prestigious role is available for an academic with a passion for innovative research and teaching, which prepares students for the real-world.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team in the School of Management, Faculty of Business and Law, Academic Division.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real-world impact through engaged and impactful research/scholarship as evidenced by publications in top tier business journals, acquisition of research funds, completion of research projects and supervision of HDR students.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic academic who can demonstrate:

• Completion of a doctoral qualification in a relevant business discipline area.
• Demonstrated ability in teaching and learning, including scholarly and innovative approaches to teaching and learning and the successful supervision of higher degree research students.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully engage in a high performance, dynamic, fast-paced culture of engaged business oriented research and practice.
• Proven ability to effectively work as part of a team and build productive relationships with colleagues.

The School of Management is one of Australia's top management schools for research and teaching. We have a complement of 40 academic staff including leading internationally recognised researchers.
