Strategic Leader - Digital Innovation

The successful candidate will hold a key leadership position, exercising delegated authority to resolve complex issues and manage risks across various activities. This role requires the ability to provide strategic guidance, control, planning, resource allocation, performance management, and decision-making for team members and contractors.

This leader will exercise independence in engaging with stakeholders to co-design and develop innovative solutions. Sound decision-making and judgment are required to produce high-level strategy, communications, and operational advice.

Actively managing stakeholder relationships is a critical component of this role, representing and negotiating on behalf of the organization to advance its interests across multiple forums.

Duties:

  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating digital engagement strategies
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to improve data capture and analysis for informed decision-making
  • Developing complex policies, plans, and strategies through detailed research, data, and views analysis
