As the Digital Product Owner and Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the conception, development, and successful delivery of cutting-edge digital products for this award agency's clients. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and effective communication to ensure that our digital projects not only meet but exceed client expectations
**Responsibilities**:
**Product Strategy**:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and objectives.
- Develop and articulate digital product strategies aligned with client needs and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
**Product Ownership**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Create and prioritise product backlogs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, etc.) to guide the development process and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
**User Experience (UX) and Design Oversight**:
- Work closely with the design team to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for digital products.
- Provide input on design decisions based on a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives.
- Facilitating client meetings and workshops to understand project requirements.
- Strategising, executing, and evaluating direct user research methods such as interviews, focus groups, usability tests, tree testing, etc.
