**Head of Digital Integration and Innovation| Brisbane Inner South**

Our client is an independent secondary school for girls based in Brisbane's inner south. **Role Highlights**
- The Head of Digital Integration and Innovation is responsible for Digital Strategy Development and Digital Transformation Leadership across the college
- The core duties include but are not limited to:

- Aligning with the strategic vision of the College, focusing on the integration of technology to create a forward-thinking learning environment
- Promoting digital excellence, to ensure the College remains at the forefront of educational innovation
- Leading digital innovation, providing students and staff with the resources and tools necessary for success in a digital environment
- Co-ordinating and/or developing curriculum according to national, state and local requirements
- Staying abreast of developments through on-going professional reading and research and providing for the professional learning of staff in line with these developments
- Commence January 2025, the appointment shall be for an initial four years

**Requirements**:

- The successful applicant will have:

- Graduate qualifications in education and postgraduate qualifications in digital learning, educational leadership, or a related field are preferred.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation projects within educational settings.
- Expertise in the effective integration of digital tools and technologies in the classroom and/or business enterprise.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and foster innovation among staff and students.
- Ability to lead, manage and develop cohesive staff teams
- Vision and success in the development and management of operational aspects of a high school
- Strong sense of self-awareness and the ability to use it to lead by example.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education, etc.)
- Hold a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or able to obtain prior to commencement
- Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain)
