Research Innovator Role

We're pushing the boundaries of AI innovation. As a Research Innovator, you'll drive advancements in foundational models, conducting research that delivers practical and scalable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to research projects supporting model development across various AI domains.
  • Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, improve model behavior, and assess real-world performance.
  • Translate theoretical research into robust, production-ready implementations.
  • Help develop and refine model architectures and training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to scale models and integrate them into our product ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in machine learning, particularly in LLMs, vision-language models, generative AI, or multi-modal systems.
  • Publishing record or evidence of research impact in academia or industry.
  • Experience contributing to research projects from problem formulation to deployment.
  • Able to turn complex ideas into tangible solutions and evaluate them rigorously.
