Head of Strategic Partnerships and ANZ Engagement

We are seeking an experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships and ANZ Engagement to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and driving our strategic partnerships, with a priority focus on ANZ Bank, by delivering and demonstrating incremental value across joint business objectives.
You will be involved in business development, account management, market analysis, and senior relationship management across business functions and stakeholder groups. Your focus will be on managing our ANZ account efforts to identify new mutually beneficial growth opportunities, negotiate commercial offer constructs, as well as fulfillment and delivery obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned to ANZ's financial wellbeing strategy and business/partnership OKRs.
- Driving business development efforts to improve our performance across existing partnerships and to identify new ecosystem partners that enhance Cashrewards' offerings and support market expansion.
- Understanding and identifying local market trends, regulatory environments, and competitive landscapes.
- Using insights to inform partnership opportunities and business decisions.
- Managing and influencing relationships within ANZ across varying levels to ensure the successful implementation of partnership agreements.
This role will serve as the primary point of contact for the ANZ partnership. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership playbook for identifying customer engagement and rewards/offers solutions (in line with business objectives) - underpinned by a sustainable operating model.
Collaboration with internal Cashrewards teams is essential to ensure partnership initiatives align with company goals and regulatory requirements. Establishing metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of partnerships is also a key responsibility.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of building and running partnerships, particularly in the Financial Services landscape. You will have extensive experience in partnership management, business development, and account management.
Key requirements include:
- Deep experience in building and running partnerships, with emphasis on the Financial Services landscape.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Persuasive communication, gravitas, and interpersonal skills across varying stakeholder levels.
- Commercial acumen, including familiarity with key drivers to facilitate P&L results.
- Ability to pivot from high-level strategy to the details required to execute it seamlessly.
