Job Description

The Client Onboarding Department plays a critical role in the organization's risk management strategy by conducting thorough customer due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This position is responsible for identifying and verifying new customers, combatting financial crime and terrorist financing, while also fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough customer due diligence to ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary checks.
  2. Verify customer information and documentation to prevent financial crimes and comply with regulatory requirements.
  3. Ensure client data is accurately input and maintained into internal systems.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries and issues efficiently.
  5. Maintain records of all customer interactions and communications.
  6. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure continued compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in back-office systems and technology.
