The role of Onboarding Specialist involves conducting thorough customer due diligence and verification processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes identifying and categorizing customers, issuing necessary documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue client documentation and initiate agreements as required">
  • Carry out customer categorizations in accordance with local regulations">
  • Meet daily targets set by the Onboarding Manager">
  • Administer and update the onboarding pipeline accurately">
  • Maintain complete records of customer documentation">
  • Advise relevant teams of case progress">
  • Request approval from senior management as necessary">
  • Participate in regular prioritization check-in calls">
  • Assist with ad-hoc reviews and audits as required">
  • Deal with day-to-day queries efficiently">
  • Collaborate with the Financial Crime team">
  • Inform management of issues or developments timely">
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions">
  • Adhere to operational risk frameworks for your role">
  • Model high standards of integrity and conduct reflecting Company Values">
