Exciting Opportunity for a Centre Administrator

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a highly skilled Centre Administrator to join our team on a temporary assignment. As a key member of our Centre Management team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service and accurate financial administration of expenditure and income transactions at the Centre level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly reporting and reconciliation of financial transactions
  • Review and matching of invoices
  • Procurement and inventory management
  • Monthly sales process and gross audited sales
  • Tenant billings and recharge calculations
  • Account reconciliations and non-tenant processes
  • Tenant debt management and public liability insurance
  • Development of Administration Assistants at Centre level
  • Day-to-day Centre Management requirements
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the retail property industry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Natural ability to present in a corporate and professional manner
  • Experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, and reporting
  • Proficient in managing monthly reporting schedules, accounting software, and billing
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in systems, policies, and procedures
