We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Centre Manager to lead the clinical and administrative operations of our headspace location in Caboolture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating excellence in integrated, holistic health and social care, youth participation, and family-centred practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the clinical and administrative operations of the headspace location
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and provide clinical leadership
  • Manage and develop operational systems for a health or community services organisation
  • Manage all aspects of staff and team performance, including recruitment, staff orientation, supervision, performance reviews, and team building
  • Provide youth-friendly, family-focused mental health services or programs, including responding effectively to crisis and high-risk situations
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of people, professionals, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the Australian health care system and its relevant legislations, policies, and strategic direction
Requirements
  • Degree level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or other related health discipline
  • Successful applicants will also need to hold a 'C' class Open driver licence, Blue Card issued by Queensland Government, and hold, or be eligible to apply for, a Licensed Care Suitability Check issued by the Department of Child Safety, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and reporting on complex planning and service development environments
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing operational systems for a health or community services organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of staff and team performance
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of people, professionals, and stakeholders
  • Detailed understanding of the Australian health care system and its relevant legislations, policies, and strategic direction
