  • Manage the complete loan process from application to settlement, ensuring timely completion.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Promote a range of mortgage products and services, identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies in all lending activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to facilitate smooth processing.

  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales activity reports.
