Job Title: Real Estate Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team. If you have experience in managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring their efficient operation and maintenance. This includes conducting regular property inspections, addressing any maintenance or repair issues promptly, and handling tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements professionally and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and renovations.
  • Collaborate with a leasing consultant to ensure vacancies are filled promptly with high-quality tenants.
  • Monitor rental payments, enforce lease agreements, and handle any necessary eviction processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both property owners and tenants, building strong relationships and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Utilize property management software to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager, managing a portfolio of residential properties.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management practices, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with property management software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to property management.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
