Contract Support Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work in a commercial function as a Contract Support Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will provide essential support to optimise the deal and valuation of work.

About the Role

As a Contract Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Measurement and Valuation of Works
  • Trade Scoping and Procurement
  • Financial Management and Control
  • Contract Interpretation and Management
  • Commercial Risk Assessment

You will have the opportunity to work on large projects and apply your expertise in financial management, commercial risk assessment, and negotiation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as quantity surveying, engineering or construction management
  • 5+ years experience as a Contract Administrator with at least 3 of those within the commercial construction industry
  • Experience working on large projects or demonstrated experience working on complex projects
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Proficiency in financial management, commercial risk assessment and negotiation
