Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts and payroll functions using accounting software
- Develop strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals
- Apply professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in daily work
- Brief knowledge of project costing is an advantage
- Familiarity with relevant policies and regulations is also beneficial
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Microsoft Office proficiency (preferred)
- Administration experience (preferred)
Work Arrangements:
- Full-time, permanent position
- 38 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, fixed shift
Authorization: Work authorization for Australia is required.
