**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement campaign workflows for AI-driven decision-making programs.
- Manage end-to-end campaign processes, from planning to execution, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data insights and contribute to a continuous test-and-learn strategy.
- Ensure consistency and optimization of creative assets across all channels, maintaining high-quality standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs, particularly those of streamers and entertainment fans.
- Proficient with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong data-driven marketing skills, including experience handling data sets and campaign tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
