About the Role

We are seeking a UX Researcher II to join our team and contribute to our understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations. As a key member of our research team, you will own and execute part of the UX research strategy for a business or product line. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and conducting research; analyzing findings and recommendations
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand the research questions
  • Making connections with overall product strategy
  • Synthesizing analytics, customer insight, and feedback data to focus research
  • Tracking patterns in analytics data to inform trends in usage

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and product management, to drive user-centered product innovation. You will be responsible for extracting needs from user behaviors and common tasks, learning and applying user frameworks, and articulating use cases informed by user needs.

To succeed in this role, you will have a degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Human Geography, or a related field. Additionally, you must have at least 3-5 years of experience working as a UX Researcher or User Researcher, with demonstrable experience working with UX Designers and Product Managers in a technology/product-oriented product development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leads small to medium projects
  2. Plans and conducts research; analyzes findings and recommendations

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Human Geography, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working as a UX Researcher or User Researcher
  • Demonstrable experience working with UX Designers and Product Managers in a technology/product-oriented product development environment
