Role Overview

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing and conducting user research to inform product development. This role involves gathering insights through various qualitative research methods such as usability testing, moderated interviews, concept evaluation and surveys.

This position requires strong analytical skills to distill complex research findings into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and design effective user research projects.
  • Conduct user research using a variety of qualitative research methods.
  • Analyze and report research findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Experimental Psychology, Design Research or Human Factors.
  • 3+ years of experience in user research with solid experience in at least two qualitative research methods.
  • Strong ability to analyze and manage both quantitative and qualitative data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
