Job Title: Client Service Specialist
This role offers an opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and providers, providing high-quality service and support.
The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming calls and inquiries, responding to client concerns with empathy and professionalism, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Answer incoming calls from clients/providers/key support people and respond to their inquiries.
- Handle client/provider concerns with empathy and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Meet performance metrics such as productivity, average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Process invoices and resolve cases in a timely manner with the intention of first touch resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel & Outlook.
A Working with Children Check WA (or ability to obtain) and NDIS Workers Screening Check are also highly desirable.
