We are seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to support our financial planning operations.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality client service and administrative support to our financial advisers.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for client meetings, including statements of advice, review packs, and follow-up tasks.
- Manage implementation of advice and ongoing client requests with accuracy and urgency.
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency across our client services processes.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a client services or adviser support role within financial planning or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of financial advice processes, compliance obligations, and client engagement best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Proficient in using financial planning software, MS Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
