The Country Road Group, a leading Lifestyle Brand House in Australasia, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Efficiency Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by leveraging data insights and analytics to optimise the supply chain.

About the Role

You will be responsible for conducting advanced modelling analysis of the end-to-end network to identify opportunities to reduce lead times, lower costs, and enhance service delivery. Your expertise in data science methodologies will enable you to create and operationalise reports that inform supply chain strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Optimisation: Conduct complex modelling analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimisation across sourcing networks, transportation networks, DC capacity, and customer returns analysis.">
  • Data Science: Apply advanced analytical techniques to analyse large datasets and provide actionable insights for the sourcing and production teams.">
  • Project Support: Assist in the execution of complex sourcing and supply chain projects by providing analytical support and ensuring accurate data is used to inform decisions and measure success.">
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new tools, systems, and processes that enhance supply chain efficiency and scalability.">
