About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving supply chain efficiency and cost management for our operations in Australia and New Zealand. Focusing on transportation, logistics, and engineering services, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to assess business needs and develop effective sourcing plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that drive results.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver high-quality services.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in procurement, supply chain, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven sourcing strategies. Your expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract management will be essential in this position.

Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also crucial in building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
