Property Management Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding role offering the chance to work with a dynamic property management company in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of about 100 residential properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Identify suitable tenants through targeted advertising, thorough applicant screening, and careful selection.
  • Effectively manage rent arrears, prepare and submit necessary applications, and negotiate lease agreements as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and tenants, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Closely oversee and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance to maintain high-quality properties.
  • Nurture relationships with business partners and contractors to ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to relevant legislation.
Requirements

We seek an experienced Property Manager who possesses strong organisational skills, a client-focused approach, and a willingness to grow with our forward-thinking company.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Property Manager.
  • A Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Certificate IV (or equivalent).
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • A strong commitment to customer service and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with industry systems such as Outlook, PropertyMe, Tapi, and Inspect Real Estate.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
