Residential Portfolio Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established residential portfolio, utilizing modern systems and streamlined processes to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team, responsible for managing landlord and tenant relationships, handling maintenance, arrears, and lease renewals, conducting routine inspections and ensuring compliance, coordinating repairs and liaising with contractors, and preparing end-of-month reports and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage landlord and tenant relationships, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Handle maintenance requests, arrears, and lease renewals, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of matters.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate repairs and liaise with contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of issues.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive end-of-month reports and documentation, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Certificate IV in Property or equivalent qualification.
