Account Management Professional

This is a key role with responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients across the state, deepening customer relationships and driving revenue growth through phone and field sales. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with a Sales Leader to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales related to the Real Estate or SaaS industry, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. They will be proactive, self-motivated, and able to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

The team is tight-knit, with regular catch-ups and social events. Recent growth in revenue and accounts has created momentum, making this a great time to join.

In a Typical Day You Can Expect To
  • Develop close collaborations with key clients to understand their businesses intimately.
  • Improve client outcomes by solution-selling across Domain's products.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from first meetings to contract execution.
  • Presentation of insights to stakeholders and attendance at customer events/sales meetings.
  • Strategise and implement business growth initiatives.
  • Occasional support for other Accounts during busy times.
  • Maintenance of relationships, introducing new and featured products that solve problems.
  • Efficient resolution of client queries and operational/account issues.
  • Continual provision of feedback on market conditions.
  • Expansion of knowledge to become an expert in tech solutions for Residential Real Estate.
Key Requirements

We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience related to Real Estate or SaaS industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and relationship building.
  • Ability to drive and meet clients across the territory.
  • Proactive attitude, self-starter mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, consultative approach.
  • Valid Australian drivers license and reliable vehicle.
Bonus Points
  • Face to face sales experience highly preferred.
  • Experience selling using insights.
  • Ultra-curious, high energy individuals typically successful.
