Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Program Partner to lead the development and implementation of our health programs across Australia and internationally.

The role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery, performance, and optimization of targeted health programs designed to drive member engagement, improve clinical outcomes, and ensure commercial sustainability.

You will be responsible for understanding member needs, coordinating implementation, managing internal and external stakeholders, and using data and feedback to drive ongoing program improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering chronic disease programs
  • Engaging stakeholders to define requirements, support implementation, and manage change
  • Suggesting digital pathways to optimize member targeting, consent, and referral flows
  • Drafting technical requirements and leading testing and deployment for system updates
  • Overseeing onboarding, updates, and decommissioning of programs as needed
  • Monitoring program performance and reporting on clinical and commercial outcomes
