Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Manager to lead our academic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating the curriculum, supervising content creation, and planning training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update academic programs to meet curriculum goals
  • Supervise and manage content creation
  • Plan, create, and oversee training materials production
  • Manage Moodle platform
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with team for new ideas and content strategies
  • Create schedules and calendar plans for content releases and updates based on ASQA requirements
  • Monitor and track content results; analyze data/returns/student responses
  • Monitor student progress and provide guidance
  • Support college operations
  • Oversee administrative functions of trainers and assessors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A sound knowledge of the VET sector
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessments (TAE40116) or higher is desirable but not essential
